Prayer for release suffer: “ I call in peace to the roots of my body where there is pressure, I invite softness where there is pain, I allow release I no longer need to bite down on what’s hurting me, I let go of what I cannot carry, I invite comfort relief and clear guidance, my body heard my voice, is safe, my healing begins now.”
Message for natural healing: “ I call in the healing light of comfort now, let it pour over my body like warm golden water, let it move into my jaw, my teeth, my bones, and soften the ache, I release the old tension the unspoken words survival patterns, I ask for divine hands to hold me for love, to reach me even through the pain, I am open to receiving care support and restoration, I’m not alone, I am loved and I am healing now. “
Prayer for healthy body: “thank you for holding me through everything, I see you now, I hear your cries, I will not abandon you, I bless you with gentleness, I bless you with rest, I bless you with light returning to every cell, you’re safe, you are allowed to heal, you are not broken, you are becoming together, we’re coming back to life.”
Prayer for self healing“ I called for a circle of pure light around me, a radiant golden field softest silk strongest stars this light wraps me gently like a robe of warmth and safety, no harm may enter, no heaviness may linger, only love, only peace, only the frequency of healing remains. I ask that this circle stay with me through sleep, through pain, through every small victory, I ask that it restore my nervous system, and call my spirit gently back into my body, so it is and so it continues circle glowing softly rising up around me and then grounding down into the earth beneath my feet, it is done.”
Prayer for body Restoration: “I am safe now, I am loved, I permit myself to heal while I sleep, the light is restoring me. I surrender everything I don’t need into the night, I will wake up lighter, stronger, closer to myself.”

I am safe now, I am willing to feel what’s true, and I’m free to let it go.”
“ I call all parts of my soul back to me now, especially the ones that left during pain, silence, or fear. I no longer need to carry the grief that was never mind holding alone to the pain I buried. I say, I see you can rest now to the sadness I swallowed, I say I honor you, you are no longer my burden, I permit myself to feel without drowning, to release without guilt, I break the vow of suffering, or I made to survive. I no longer prove my worth by hurting, I call in peace to fill the spaces where grief once lived, I call in rest to touch my soul where it has been tired for too long. This chapter is ending now, and I forgive myself for how long I had to hold it all, so it is stopped.”
Prayer for let go of anger: “ I see you to the part of me that was ignored, silenced, abandoned, I hear you to the fire in my gut that has nowhere to go, you are not wrong, you are not too much, you are holy raged, you are sacred truth, I’m allowed to be angry, I am allowed to say no, I am allowed to burn the bridges that were never safe, I reclaim the power that was taken from me, and I released the rage that is no longer mine to hold it, doesn’t need to eat me alive, it can set me free instead.”
“I am here, I am home, my power, my energy is my own, my life belongs to me now, I walk forward lighter, clearer, and protected, I don’t need to carry what’s been released, I am free to begin again on my terms. Feel my feet on earth, feel the breath settle, that’s my true self. “

I’m not far, I am waiting in the softness, in the truth and the love you deserve to receive, or your higher self is radiant gold light with Violet, like you carrying both power and grace, you just needed this reconnection and now the healing can deepen.”
“To shift this energy and restore your body, you must stop fighting it and begin listening to it. Your body is not your enemy; it is your oldest companion, and it is speaking loudly. Now because we’ve been trying to silence the whisper, start here let yourself rest without shame, rest is not laziness, it is the rewiring of your nervous system, nourish don’t punish eating, to rebuild not restrict, drink water like its sacred touch your body, like it deserves care not criticism.
Be still and hear your body speak what you’ve been holding, say that things out loud even just to the mirror, or the sky they have been sitting in your bones, they’re taking space your energy needs to heal, let love in even just one person, let yourself receive, you are not meant to do this alone anymore. Every day, put your hand on your body and say: “ I am safe now, I’m ready to heal.” and mean it not perfectly, but honestly, your restoration doesn’t begin with doing more, it begins with undoing the war inside you.
