Awaken the Dreamer

A Gentle Invitation to Remember

There is a quiet art to prayer and meditation—not the kind bound in religion or dogma, but the soft habit of whispering into the silence, as if to an invisible friend. This practice, I’ve found, opens a space within us, a field of resonance where answers begin to emerge.

Prayer is the soul’s way of asking.

Meditation is its way of listening.

When we enter these practices, even lightly, we prepare ourselves to notice the response. Sometimes it arrives in a whisper from within. Sometimes it comes disguised as a comment from a stranger, a line in a book, or even an advertisement on a subway wall. But often—it comes in dreams.

Dreams are not fragments. They are messages.

They are your soul’s language—subtle, symbolic, often cloaked in metaphor—but always bearing insight. And here’s a little secret, one I’ve proven in my own life:

You can learn to listen more clearly.

Every night, just before you fall asleep, speak gently to your higher self. Call in the deeper aspect of your being and say, with sincerity and repetition:

“I remember my dream tonight. I am grateful for its insights and experiences.”

(Repeat this three times—invoking the Law of Three, a harmonic principle of manifestation.)

Then sleep.

In the morning, before you move your body, stay still. Keep the bridge between dream and waking intact. Ask:

“Did I have a dream? Can you help me revisit it?”

Let your mind wander softly, like a boat adrift on morning mist. Don’t force recall. Invite it.

When a thread comes—follow it.

Feel it. Smell it. See it. Speak it aloud or to yourself.

Then write it down.

Even a fragment matters. Even confusion has meaning. The more you practice, the more fluent your soul becomes in your waking awareness.

Do this for seven nights. That’s all I ask.

(Align with the Law of Seven—a cycle of harmonization.)

You may be stunned by the clarity that emerges.

Have a pen and notebook by your bed. Not your phone. Paper and ink ground the dream energy into the physical realm. This simple act tells the Universe:

“I’m ready. I’m listening. I will remember.”

And so the Universe begins to whisper more clearly.

Here’s what matters most:

— Have faith.

— Trust yourself.

— Believe that you are already connected to the unseen realms.

Your dreams are not illusions. They are reflections.

Your soul has always been speaking to you.

All that’s left is to remember.

And so I invite you—become the dreamer who remembers.

Let your nightly journeys become maps. Let your pen become your compass. Let your own inner stillness reveal the message you’ve been waiting for.

May your dreams guide you home.

— Author of Travelling Inwards

“You’re always in the dream. It’s just that waking floods you with noise. But when you quiet the surface, you begin to see the depths. So dive in. Surf the inner stream. Follow where it flows. And if you dare, direct it.”
