Why Practice Vipassana Meditation

I have practiced Vipassana meditation for the last 17 years, and many people have asked me why I persistently attend those 10-day silent meditation courses every year. My answer is: that there are many different meditation techniques out there, yet, I have found that Vipassana is the most helpful for me. Through this form of silent meditation, I have received supernatural healing power, but I have also experienced numerous miracles in the last 17 years.

To me, Training, Faith, prayer, Meditation, and Celibacy are all part of reprogramming our brainpower, re-educating our intellectual capacity, and reconditioning our reacting pattern. As well as permits us to use those positive energies, and to utilize the inner force to work wonders in our pursuit of a harmonious lifestyle, and inner Peace.  In addition, every practice is just a paranormal Permission Slip, when we have faith in our co-creation with the Divine Force, the Universe shall surprise us with incredible blessings.

Since the Universe works in our favor it’s because of our practice, our passion, and our belief, also, our consistency of doing is the solution for any positive result.

May I share my meditation realization and my cultivation of interconnected consciousness with you:

To be authentic, when I first started doing Vipassana meditation in 2008, I was blessed to experience and receive many phenomenal insights and mystical healing powers. So, for some time, every day while I was meditating, I was setting intention, praying, and longing for this miracle to happen again.

Yet, sometimes nothing happened, and I became disappointed and fell into the negative charge. I was not aware that it was frustration emotion and unconstructive mentality preventing me from connecting with my heart during this inward traveling time.

One day,  during silent meditation, it dawned on me that I was the one who caused every challenging situation that transpired in my discovery journey, not any outsider.

Yes, through meditation, we can easily elevate our consciousness, connect with our hearts, and access our deeper realm of emotion. Certainly, awareness is the first key, consistency is the second key, and nonattachment is the third key.

What is our inner world will echo to outer reality. What is inside of us will reveal on outside appearance. What our internal desire will reflect to outer expression. What is within our heart will attract us to outward presence. What is our predominant belief will manifest in existence. What we cultivate of pure consciousness will reprogram unconscious thoughts.

We are literally living in a world that mirrors our own intimate world. The internal peace and contentment come effortlessly when we live in the present moment, and with our life purpose and our divinity. When we do our inner work and start delving deep inside our mind, determined to release all those stagnated emotional pains that restrict our ability, then we can raise our own frequencies and vibrations. We can cohesively attract a higher state of ‘Being’ in the outer world,   as well as our optimistic energy can create more synchronicity events to benefit our soul expansion. Definitely, the Universe will always present back to us what we are like on the inside. As within…so without.

Furthermore, what I have learned is that we are living in a constructed 3D matrix, and the paradox is: if I demonstrated patience, being at peace, joyfully and lovingly to accept whatever it transpires, completely trust and surrender to the Divine will. Then the Universe shall shower me with profound wisdom, opportunity, inspiration, clarity, guidance, potential, and insights to support me to thrive in life.

Conversely, if I crave recognition, or if I hunger for attainment, or if I unconsciously label each situation, or if I judge every challenge, or if I demand manifestation occur in my wish, or if I attach to a certain outcome,  or if I push to make things happen that against the Universe’s timeline, then nothing can materialize into this reality. Therefore, time to dissolve all those unhelpful mind programs and utilize meditation as a tool to retrain our brains.

Positively, through practicing Vipassana meditation every day, I learned to be aware of the mind chatter, not to engage in repetitive dialogue or interact with unsupportive habitual reacting patterns. Also, I realized that by quieting my thoughts, I can silence all those unnecessary emotional controls, and I am able to cohesively connect with my heart.  In addition,  I am mindful of what I co-create, and what my soul chooses to experience, and doing the inner work is beneficial for elevating my consciousness.

May we take inspiration from those wise words: ” Meditation is to dive all the way within, beyond thought, to the source of thought and pure consciousness. It enlarges the container, every time you transcend. When you come out, you come out refreshed, filled with energy and enthusiasm for life. ” ~ David Lynch ~

In order to practice leading by example, I will be doing a three-day Vipassana meditation course this weekend. But this time, change my usual practice and focus on no seeking, no desire, no craving, no attachment, no me, and letting nature take its course.

I have faith, what is meant to Be will Be, and I am welcoming the Universe surprise me. ღ ღ ( ◠‿◠) ❀ ♫ ☼ ☾*´ ☮
