About the Coherence Facilitator
My work as a Coherence Facilitator is rooted in a simple yet powerful understanding: the body possesses an innate intelligence that naturally moves toward balance when the inner environment becomes harmonious.
My own healing journey became the foundation for this work. For several years, I experienced recurring skin imbalances despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exploring many external solutions. It was only when I turned inwardβthrough meditation, emotional release, mindful nourishment, and deep self-reflectionβthat my body gradually restored its balance.
This experience revealed an important truth: healing is not something we force upon the body. Rather, it is something we allow to emerge when we cultivate coherence between our thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being.
Inspired by this realization, I created Return to Balance, a holistic guidance approach that supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodyβs natural healing intelligence.
As a Coherence Facilitator, my role is not to βfixβ others. Instead, I provide a supportive space where seekers can:

β’ release emotional patterns that may affect health
β’ cultivate inner awareness and self-compassion
