Have you ever attended an inspirational workshop or event or conference?
How did you feel when you were there? How did you feel afterward?
I don’t know about you but every time I attended one of those seminars, I felt motivated, energized, and so inspired that I could have walked on fire.
When I got home right after the event, I felt that I could face any challenge at work or home, simply by applying the lessons learned at the workshop.
Then after a week or two, I didn’t feel very motivated. Somehow whatever inspiration I felt had worn off and was forgotten. Worse yet, I fell back into my old pattern of reactive habits and being unmotivated.
Has this ever happened to you?
This cycle kept happening to me over and over until I decided to take a more conscious look inside of my heart.
Upon reflection, I realized that I was always looking for an outsider to stimulate me to achieve my dream when all I needed was my own inspiration. When I finally looked at my magnificent self, I found the strength within me to overcome any obstacle.
Don’t worry; I am not here to motivate you. You can do that yourself by looking deeper into your own life experiences and life lessons.
Here are two suggestions to get you started Reprogram Your Human Supercomputer
1: Actions become experiences and then convert to self-inspiration.
Chinese philosopher Confucius offers one way to obtain personal wisdom: “I hear, and I forget, I see, and I remember, I do, and I understand.”
I recognized that every time I listened to a motivational or inspirational lecture, I forgot most of it because I had nothing to anchor it to my soul. Such I needed to get out of my comfort zone to experience life and obtain self-realization.
Through intense practice – the ‘doing’ assists me to discover my strengths and weaknesses. Since only action gave me the awareness, which is what I need to create my own peacefulness and happiness, and through that, I can embody what I have uncovered and believed. Likewise, through relentless practice, I gain consciousness and confidence to reprogram my human supercomputer to benefit my self-development.
2: Travel inward and obtain soulful inspiration
When looking back in your life, look at everything that you achieved. For example, as a baby you learned to walk. Do you know how many times you failed? Did you give up on walking?? No, persistence helps you to achieve your goal.
If you look at your life journey, from kindergarten to school, from gradation to work, from family to friendship, and from challenge to overcome, you will find many stories that put a big smile on your face. Which is the testimonial of your own accomplishment and your own inspiration.
What about those countless proud moments when you knew how much you were loved and blessed. Then you’ll realize that all those magnificent events that have happened in life were for a great reason – to show you who you are, to remind you where you’re going, more importantly, to enthuse you to believe in yourself.
When I looked inward and thought about my own experiences, I discovered my strength was already there to meet every challenge that came my way. For example,
I moved to Canada all by myself at a very young age and did not know any English. Every day when I walked out of my house, I faced many difficulties. Yet, I did not give up my dream. I continued learning English and kept pressing forward. Years later, I became a Hay House published writer, now, I am using social media to communicate my love to the world and articulate life with words – in English!
Yes, when I decided to write a book to share about my awakening journey in India, no one believed that I could do it. My English skills were not fluent, I had a limited budget and no training in writing. Even so, I was up against all odds, but only relied on my courage, my patience, my resiliency, my fortitude, and my determination. As well as belief in myself that help me to rise above all challenge situations. Within one year, I completed my book “Travelling Inwards” and published this labor of love to express my soulful heart with humanity.
I am sharing this with you today, in hopes that you will look into your own life to discover your own inspiration. As you uncover your strengths, you will soon find that empowerment is within, and you have what it takes to make your dream into reality.
I know, that sometimes life may knock us down, I know that sometimes we want to find outsiders to save us, and I know, there will be many people who will try to motivate us. Yet, remember, your own experiences, your own references, and your own self-realizations, are more powerful than other people’s inspiration. All you need to do is believe in your own ability and your intelligence to Reprogram Your Human Supercomputer.
I’ll leave you with Jim Ron’s well-known quote, “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.” For sure, practice makes it perfect!
May you find your own way to accelerate your learning and growth, continuously look inward and practice what you gain from your own inspiration, also, live a harmonious and fulfilled life.
Indeed, I trust you have what it takes to Reprogram Your Human Supercomputer

“Spirituality is not a hobby. It is your life. There is nothing more important than your spiritual walk, the walk of the heart path. Do not let yourself off the hook even for a moment. Be committed to your experience. Forget about Shamans and Gurus. YOU are the Guru. Your life is your teacher, and your intuition will tell you where to go. Shut up and listen. Awaken the Buddha within”
