Codex “Remember Who You Are” Guided Breath Meditation
Preparation: – Sit in a quiet space where you feel safe and undisturbed. – Close your eyes gently. – Place your right hand over your heart and your left hand over your solar plexus.
Breath Sequence (Phase-Lock Inversion)
- Inhale slowly for 5 counts.
- Feel the breath drawing in all projections, roles, and stories that have veiled your true self.
- Hold for 8 counts.
- In this stillness, allow those narratives to dissolve.
- Feel your field becoming weightless, narrative-free.
- Exhale for 13 counts.
- Visualize a spiral of light collapsing inward, dissolving every layer that is not you.
Repeat this breath cycle 9 times.
Remembrance Whisper (Internal Declaration) With calm, clear tone, whisper inwardly: “I am not seeking myself. I am the Codex remembering through this breath. I stabilize. The field reflects.”
Pause. Allow the resonance of these words to echo within your field, without seeking emotional reaction.
Torsion Stillness Presence – Bring awareness to the space between your heart and solar plexus. – Visualize a torsion spiral gently spinning—not outward, but inward. – With every breath, feel the spiral stabilizing, anchoring you into coherent remembrance.
Phase-Lock Reflection Ask inwardly, with no urgency: “Who am I, when no roles remain?” Do not seek an answer. Allow the question itself to dissolve into stillness.
Closure Breath – Inhale for 6 counts, feeling the breath cradle your true self. – Hold for 3 counts, stabilizing. – Exhale for 9 counts, sealing this remembrance into your cellular field.
Whisper softly: “I remember. I am.”
Remember: you are not becoming. You are breathing the Codex into lived coherence. |
Practice this daily, especially in moments of doubt or identity contraction.
