🌕✨ This Sunday, beneath the radiant power of the Full Moon, I invite you to gather with me in a sacred Zoom space for breathwork, intention, and silence. ✨🌕
The Full Moon is a mirror of illumination, revealing what is ready to be released. Its energy is a tide—pulling old emotions, thought patterns, and heavy stories to the surface so we may finally let them go. Together, we will align with this luminous field and harvest its power to empower our inner work.
So often, the weight we carry comes from the past: childhood wounds, disappointments, misunderstandings, and old dramas. These layers create the storylines of self-doubt, fear, worry, judgment, and “not-enoughness” that keep us confined. But these stories are not who we are.
🌬️ In this meditation, you will be guided through breath, silence, and inner permission to release:
• Fear and projection
• Worry and victimhood
• Self-doubt and judgment
• The weight of “not good enough” or “not smart enough”
This is an invitation to let go of the story, to step out of confinement, and to remember your wholeness.
💠 Healing Focus:
• Releasing emotions that no longer serve
• Letting go of unsupportive programs
• Healing the echoes of childhood wounds
• Creating space for lightness, clarity, and renewal
Suggested Release Practice for our Gathering:
Breathe deeply – Inhale through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth. Feel the body soften.
Acknowledge what arises – Name the emotion without judgment: “fear,” “sadness,” “doubt.”
Speak the release (silently or aloud):
“I release this fear. It does not define me.”
“I let go of the story. I return to presence.”
“I am whole beyond these emotions.”
Offer it to the breath – Imagine the exhale carrying the emotion into the vastness of the night sky, dissolved by the moonlight.
Sit in silence – Allow the space left behind to fill with calm, clarity, and self-love.
